Like the colour.
Don't really like the interior, the chargespeed bodykit or the fact that the suspension is practically on the tarmac ... but hey it's his car and his money.

The guy that built the carbon fibre Focus recently kept the ally bonnet and boot, because he believed the gains to be had weren't worth it.

This guy obviously knows better though.

(The Focus's 1st outing set a lap record and saw him win from the back of the grid )

Again, not to my tastes - but its been done properly with good quality parts, unlike many Impreza's with random bits of stick on **** over them.

As for the bonnet + boot - somehow, I don't think this guy is too fussed about performance, so criticising him for that seems a little silly - if he came on here claiming that his carbon bonnet made him 4 minutes quicker around the 'ring, then he'd be fair game to take the **** out of.

As it is he's built (or paid someone to build... there are plenty of "performance" orientated people here who are guilty of throwing their Visa around to get the car they want, which I personally find a little distasteful as a petrolhead..) the car that he wants. I may think its ugly, but I can't knock the workmanship on it from what we can see; and to me, thats the main thing.

It's pointless vile rubbish. Of course the owner is free to pour their money down the drain just like other's are free to waste their money and time taking drugs.
Have to say though I'd laugh and point if I saw it drive past.

The wheels look ridiculously small under there, at least you could change a wheel in the rain and stay dry though

One of reasons I left Subaru ownership was because I didn't want to be associated with tat like this. I know most marques suffer from this unwanted attention but many less so than Imprezas.

Fair play to the guy, there is a lot of hard work in evidence. Personally I would have spent the money of making the car quicker....

hideous embarassing tat - couldn't care less whether he's good with filler or whatever, it's awful.

As someone above says these sort of people will make me get rid of my car eventually

Only tonight my dog laid down a remarkably large turd and I have to say it was waaaaaay better looking than that tat.

It's guys like that who give us all a bad name, show car or not.

Why would you miss match the colour of a panel on your car? If your skint and can't afford for it to be sprayed, then fair enough. But otherwise?
