Subaru 'universal' mudflaps
I could really do with some mudflaps on my Hawkeye saloon (have to drive down a muddy lane to a farm couple times a week). I really don't want the big 'rally style' flaps with logos etc. I've seen some genuine Subaru 'universal' mudflaps advertised which they claim fit all Imprezas 1993-2007. Anyone tried these or got a picture of a Hawkeye with them fitted? They are pretty cheap, so I'm tempted to get them so long as they don't look stupid. Just seems hard to believe that they can fit properly on all the different body styles.

Try these www.rallyflapz.com If you're an SIDC member you can get a 10%discount. The flaps are plain, just tell them which graphics you want, if any. Mine cost about £55 for my00 classic and I'm very pleased with them. Hoping to get some piccies on to the Kent Scoobies site in next couple of days.

The Subaru 'universal' flaps are smaller than the rally flaps and come in at about £30 for a set of four. They look to be the size & style that I want. Just need to know how well they fit on a Hawkeye and preferably see a pic of a car with them fitted.

I'm fitting a set this weekend to my classic. One reason I got them ws due to their size i.e being slightly smaller so not as obvious as the rally ones. I'll get some shots up and info on how I found the fitting etc.

I fitted these to my Blobeye, they do the job , but aren't as wide as the tyres so can look a little strange if looked at too closely from behind , but stop some of the muck from going down the side of the car and the stone chips .looked something like these...
