Head bolts information

does anyone know if subaru head bolts are stretch type or can i re use them? (replacing head gaskets)

its a 1998 uk 2000 all standard

anybody used these...

SUBARU IMPREZA LEGACY TURBO FORESTER HEAD BOLTS on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 27-Apr-08 14:48:24 BST)

seem a bit cheap to me..
