From the Indian Express newspaper.....

What is 'Chutney Kidz', 'Masala Girls' and 'Desi Boys'? They are names of funky cartoon greeting cards designed by an Indian-origin entrepreneur, who has hit the big league by producing cards with Indian and Asian motifs.

But I take it our blue blooded dissection of a new 'yoof craze' means we've missed this boat....... what ever happened to txt talk??? was that sooooo 2007?

SMS kids are old school, Facebook/Flikr/Lickr/Pornr are all the rage now... oh and iPhones, Wii's, PS3, PSP's, Xhax 360... I feel old now :s

Hehe, I showed my face in one or two photo's a while back, yeah Asian but I am well mannered, grew up with mainly white and black mates so I never got into the whole 'asian' thing but I know my roots.

its the sames as saying or finding out how many of us are from a certain area i.e. hertfordshire, london etc .This time around its finding out how many "desis" there are.

I think its more to do with human curiosity than anything else really!
