Ryan,
I bought my 98 S Terzo in September with 19 thousand miles on the clock. Absolutely mint, full history etc, multi changer, Panasonic head unit (£400 new I'd imagine) for £15,500. Looking at today's prices of Terzos I think I got a good deal.
Mine now has 26 thousand miles on and I would like to say I would get £15 K for it.
As for spec, this is taken from www.sidc.co.uk :
Special mica blue paintwork (similar but not identical to the current WRC cars)
Current style 16 inch alloys, but painted gold
Air conditioning
Alacantra + suede effect interior trim (Same front seats as fitted to recent STi models, but without embroidered STi logo, and red shoulder flashes)
Interior number Terzo plaque
Cobra 6422 Thatcham Category 1 alarm with remote central locking
Side and rear Terzo decals
Special Terzo floor mats
Non folding rear seat
Hope this helps
Oh, if you did buy it you won't regret it

It depends if you buying privatly or from a garage. I particularly wanted the Terzo blue so I did a lot of homework before buying. The prices in the auto trader are higher than cars on this site. If you decide exactly what you want the best way is to look out for one on this site that would be going for part exchange and offer them a little more or post a wanted add. I paid well under £14,000 for mine but in a garage would have been £15000-£16000.

soobercharger,
the spec of the terzo is as any MY98 turbo: 208bhp, normal MY97/98 front end. Only the MY99 onwards had a different front spoiler and slightly more power (215bhp). It does have the updated dash though.

IMHO the figs quoted are about right for a prestine example.
But there is quite a lot of dressed up tat around so take some time look at a number of cars before you select yours. As a limited edition they will carry a premium of around £1,250 pounds. So decide if blue paint and a couple of stickers is worth that!
Ours went to the trade six months or so back. VGC, 33k, fully colour coded, high rear wing, PIAA spots, CD player, Yr 2000 wheels (BTW they are different, originals are still in the garage)....£14,000.
