Is this a worthwhile upgrade? My thinking is that if I can get some for a reasonable price, I might as well fit them at the same time that I fit the u/p and downpipe.

Im getting a remap after all the work is done. Is it worth it with the td04 turbo or should I just leave them as they are?

Or the other option is one of the td04 hybrid things with standard headers!

 

Properly ported headers and matched up-pipe will give noticable gains in early spool and performance across the rev range regardless of what turbo you are running.
The hybrid 04 turbo is a good move up from the standard TD04 and is capable of 300-320 bhp depending on your spec and mapping.

Thanks for your responses. I've decided to go down the hybrid turbo route and leave the headers alone for now (only a matter of time before they have to be ported )
