headers any 1 ???

you mean, uprated headers I guess ??
(because without any headers, the car may be a tad ..shall we say...blowy )
A lot of people change the standard factory ones for uprated and ported headers such as GT Spec Gen II Tubular Headers etc. A lot of people discard the heat shields and instead wrap them.

A small amount I guess, depends on your setup
here is a little bit of info from another GB

The set up you have is very good if you like the low down grunt and spool, the GT spec headers will give a stronger mid and top end power and torque where you current headers will not be able to cope with the flow of exhaust fumes, these may add a bit more spool time but the benifit these give is far greater..
these headers don't leak or split like the other also I am sure they can easily take approx 500bhp so good if you plan to mod further, but you will prob need to change exhaust up pipe etc,
I was told this... ported = better than standard, tubular more power than ported,
