Keith Michaels.
£100 cheaper than I was paying for the standard car.
Tbh this price should be the norm, other companies are just taking the p1ss !!

This is such a true statement. In sweden, my friend is paying 300 quid on an STI 555 with mods (He's 29 and he hasn't even got full no claims).

Mine is also a tad over £500 for mildly modified WRX with A-Plan. Depends on age, location, NCD, etc, but I suspect me and you (and others) in a good light for insurance companies (I am 32 with 7yrs NCD, no points, excellent post code, garaged car), then we are probably going to be lower than most. Insurance is a right scam but I know people in lesser cost/performance/brand that pay as much as me if not more.

A-plan have just reduced theirs from £590 to £489 when I told them Keith Michaels have quoted me £495, this slightly chafs me the wrong way when they could give me a lot better price in the first place, but I can't cut my nose off to spite my face, still have to see what Keith Michaels comes back with before I decide.

I wouldn't go with a company just to save 'a poorly sea creature' (sick squid ) unless the excess, etc was better, when they start so high then come in just cheaper than a competitor. I like the companies that come in cheaper in the first place as they don't get my back up (as much - all insurance comps annoy me).

Yeah mine is a Import(They even have a specific imports dept) so it would be strange to refuse a Import.
