As above - check the pulley retaining bolt is tight (127Nm).
The pulley damping mass(rubber) could be perished and making it wobble.
The front snout of the crank could be damaged from a previous front end impact/crash.

We've seen this often, and it can be a disaster, resulting in a new crank.
The cause is not tightening up the pulley bolt properly when the cam belt is changed, resulting in the keyway being damaged. We have got away with it by fitting a lightweight pulley, Roger Clark supply them amongst others, and doing the bolt up good and tight.
