non sti are very slow to move at the moment you would get more stripping it but i should think about 4500.

Ok to give you an idea I sold my MY00 Turbo 2000 for £5800 in January.

Mine had done 54,000 miles and apart from a decat and 17 inch alloys was Standard.

I couldnt let it go for 4500, just recently had the sti box fitted by API at £3000 plus the clutch and pullys. Thats following a new turbo, full exhaust and fast flow cat, intercooler, brakes and genuine prodrive body parts. then the Map by BR developments. I'll be gutted if it doesnt fetch more than that. Its gorgeous and in showroom cond.

Unfortunately mods do not add to the value of the car and in fact sometimes puts people off IMO.
