JUST CANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE NEW STI
Really like the look on this. Bell and Colvill : Impreza STi 2.5 B&C Special Edition

Agree, this looks absolutely rubbish. It's not growing on me at all, in fact I get more annoyed each time I see it.
A car I do like the look of is the Seat Leon Cupra K1. Anyone know what they are like? Obviously not as fast as the Impreza, but I'm thinking that in a couple of years time it's a way of getting a newer car without getting stung for road tax. Also I need 5 doors, which limits things a bit.
What do you reckon as an Impreza alternative?

They're pretty cars Which are the K1's, the current generation? I like them when Plato's ramming vauxhall's out of the way in the BTCC

The rear lights are crap.
Can't believe they are using the wheels from the Hawkeye...
I like them in dark grey from the side and front now, which is an improvement to my opinion a year or so ago I suppose. The recaro seats and upgraded 18" alloys are nice.

Like the Car
Driven both with 17's and 18's and IMHO 17's are just O/K but it really needs 18's IMHO

The pic of the front of the car looks good and very aggressive...I like the headlights and the wide arch!
...but as soon as you see the rest of the car it looks horrible!! Especially the rear... hate the lights, they're even worst than the hawkeye ones!!
Interior looks plush though!

Im just finding it Boring to look at,reason being it's just not like how a Subaru should be,the magic is just not there in it..It's like its lost something,it's lost that subaru look..even with the Blobeye when you looked at it,you new it was still a scooby, you accepted it as part of the scoob family. This is looking like it's trying to be something else. It's just making the classic look more appealing..maybe with time it will change, but for some reason.the more i look at it,the more i want the classic look back..

Well I like it. The WRX looks a bit wet agreed. I think in not so long it'll be as popular as ever. Like any new style, it'll settle in and Subaru will make it better and better in time. Am looking forward to see how it performs in the rally.

LOL, I always think that with black wheels, just looks like all your hub caps have fallen off.

It's funny, 'cos I absolutely love my 08 STI on my drive and I'm extremely proud of it sat there looking all bulging arches, sat on the gold GT1 18's and shining like a star in this good weather we are having. Think it looks chuffin marvelous... wish the gold wheels didn't show so much brake dusk though, so black or antracite would be a better choice purely for that.
