hello,i have a 1996 impreza turbo,it is the uk car with wrx engine,chipped and have fitted a large front mount intercooler,running at 16psi,what power should i be producing?

Depends on whether you have had the car remapped to to take advantage of the front mount.

Probably between 250-270?

My UK MY00 produces 273 mapped to 1.25bar, 16psi is 1.1bar.

I assume you have the original TD04 turbo?

no not had a remap,just chipped?can i still remap

get rid of the chip and get it properly mapped

yea im still on the tdo4,can you recomend any mods to get up to about 300bhp,thanks

oh well,only had the chip in for a couple of weeks,what power would i be looking at after a remap

get a vf35, fuel pump,down pipe and full exhaust and something like a remap or a power fc and commander and get someone decent to mapp it ...u will see a healthy increase in power esp torque ..you could also buck a set of headers on or get ur own ported which would be better tbh .

Yep - but if he has the WRX engine, was it fitted with the WRX turbo? Quite possibly a newage WRX which would make it a TD04
