bit of a plug but if you need any info on where to stay, how to get there, car repairs or anything else for that matter you should have a look on :: northloop.co.uk :: we're not playing games :: nurburgring galleries and more :: and especially the forum linked to it.
I hope this wont be deleted by the mods.........

Probably been asked a *million* times before, but has anyone found some reasonable insurance for the 'ring? I don't want to get into the "is it/isn't it a de-restricted toll road" debate, I'm assuming my UK policy won't cover me, and want some specific 'ring cover.

the insurance debate is what im looking into
650 each way from down in cornwall where i live say 30 mpg on the motorway which is easily capable in my car and you are looking at £230-£240 for the return journey in fuel which i say is reasonable
reckon best to say a grand should be enough to cover all u need??
tempted but the missus wants to move house(GRRRRRRR) maybe i will put an extra £5000 on the mortgage when she isnt looking so i can trade my scooby for a newer model!!
