Yes they do fit the later classics like yours, you'll need to trim your clutch master or slave cylinder down abit though(cant remember which) and make some brackets to make it fit properly.

 

It is a lot of hard work and for the TMIC to work properly you need the under tray and bigger scoop so it can be relatively expensive and time consuming to make it neat and tidy by the time you have finished.
As an alternative consider a Hybrid FMIC for £285 delivered next day inclusive of paypal charges. Relatively easy to fit, you know the cost before you start, it can handle any future power you are likely to have and temperatures will be close to ambient at all times.
