oil temps?

oil temps?
finally refitted the plastic under tray yesterday after it being off for a year.
went on a good run today and noticed it makes quite a difference to oil temps.
while it was off the temps were around the 90 degree mark and maximum of 95,now it is fitted again it runs around the 100 mark.
driving steady 90mph on motorway for just over an hour running on fresh oil aswell
anyone else noticed the same?
