It was developed by Prodrive, and as the name suggests was only available in the UK with 300 cars built.
Exterior wise, they added the Prodrive WRC hella headlamps, 18inch OZ gold alloys, Prodrive front splitter and rear spoiler, colour-coded sideskirts, white markers and indicators.
Interior wise, they had blue buckets and doorcards like the STI.
A standard WRX had 218bhp but UK300s were fitted with PPP and had 245bhp out the box.
Think this is it.

Cut and pasted from ScoobyPedia:
Two special editions have been released in the UK based on the new age car. The first was the UK300, based closely on the MY01 WRX and released towards the end of 2001, shortly before the STI came out. This car featured a number of cosmetic enhancements over the WRX but was mechanically identical, though it was the first car to be available from Subaru with an officially sanctioned - though optional - power upgrade.

Not all UK300 came with PPP, it was a dealer fit option at £1600. Back when it was released UK300 owners were first to receive the PPP package for the newage cars when normal WRX owners were forced to wait that bit longer.
