just to let you know, dont buy from this seller he took my money about £44 then hit me with an unpaid item strike, yes i have put a claim in with paypal just waiting, just warning you all his ebay seller name is blinglights from usa people like this are whats wrong with ebay and they should beable to rip people off.

 

Have you contacted him to discuss this, it could be a genuine mistake?

 

sure have he was great to me before i bought the item then after heard nothing from him for about a week then was a total **** gave me faulse track info so i made a claim in paypal and ebay as soon as i did that he hit me with an unpiad item strike, as soon as i went to respone he closed the thing where you can put your info so couldnt respond to it, but i did mail ebay about it, on his feedback it looks like he has done this before, but you dont really notice this type of thing until it happens to you.

 

A hard lesson learnt mate,
Ebay is not for the honest!!!!!

 

yeah thats what im gonna put it down to, i was just posting to warn people of the seller.

 

Always check feedback before bidding! Common sense really.

 

i did and it looked ok, but he had given none payment strike, so this looked like it was the other persons fault but it all came clear what he does as he done it to me, after a paid.

 

im sure paypal will give you your money back tho cos if he is saying he didnt receive payment from you and the payment is on his paypal account (which clearly it will be) then he's going to get caught out surely. but the way paypal and ebay are going maybe not.
