plus 272bhp elise turbo
Yeah, I can see you taking this one out

Even the 500+BHP cars will struggle against this wee ankle biter..... Your talking 0-60 in around 3 seconds and road holding/cornering ability that will leave even the "mighty" 4WD Imprezas all over the place.

Is it just me or has "Paul N P" just "un-invited" himself with that attitude ??

Rich

p.s. I hope its a good day Chris.

Fair play, sounds like something I'd like to see. Cheap cars, fast women......or is that fast cars, cheap women?!?

Edited to say: Very, very drunk.

i've saved room for around 10-15 cars that will be one offs/invites etc, not from any particluar club. once the website is launched, you will be able to print off an application form if you think you fit the bill. anyone unsuccesful will have their cheque returned uncashed. no payment needed anyway until april, so keep an eye open for the form and mail it to me.

is the list for scoobies complete? i just need a list of name/car/bhp/previous best if any for the website.
want to launch it this weekend if poss.

if the liason (Si?) can email ne with details i'd appreciate it.
cheers

yeah a couple have already emailed to say simon has a list. it only needs ten plus reserves.
the other confirmed cars are all awesome. some very suprising cars will be there as well, and they will be superb to watch.
i will need a liason person for sorting entry tickets, either simon or another, due to limited spectating i will issue a certain amount of tickets to each club/group in advance, as not open to public on day.

further events will be public access/spectating etc.

Thumbs up

Hi Chris,

I'm doing a conversion on Tim_K's car and my 2000 Type RA V limited, mine may not be ready but his will. This car will be a top contender, he has applied for a place with Simon, but may have left it too late. Block has been re-linered to 97mm 2.2l, race heads, race cams, full steel bottom end, fabricated full race inlet and exhaust manifolds, cossie T35 with modified comp housing and devoplment compressor wheel which is under way with our turbo man. Front mounted intercooler with water inj, big throttle body, special high flow injectors, jems ecu and more. If this car gets a place it will show the scoob can deliver the goods down the straights as well as the bends!

On a completely different note, i'm just completing a 2.0l 16v Nova which should be the quickest N/A road legal Nova!

Engine Spec:

86.5mm Forged pistons, Full steel bottom end, 310 degree race cams, 148 CFM flowing head, Full Titanium valve gear, dry sumped, 46.2mm throttle barrels (ala touring car)
hand fabricated exhaust manifold, special Webcon 8 injector fuel injection system with launch control & data logging. This engine will produce in excess of 250BHP & have power to 9500 RPM.

Car Spec:

Full weld in cage picked up from suspension points, Leda Touring car suspension set up, with remote gas canisters (only road car to have them) carbon dash etc, 330mm AP brakes, 17" wheels, straight cut box, side exit exhaust, carbon rear wing, floor mounted pedal box, due to bulkhead conversion for carbon airbox, the list goes on!

I have also emailed you, Thanks,

Steve.

Well, judging by the list that I've just looked at on the Trackday Plus.com site I'd better just go for the hamburgers and coke!!!

Looks like its gonna be some day, 500brake this, 400brake that...wow man!

And I've got to drive to work in my car the following day (?)

Oh well, we are only here once (probably).

Cheers all, Mole and his Dad.

SMG,

It's Gems. Not Jems.

Crack 9 secs to a ton and you'll have done ok.

And from that spec you bloody should

If you don't gimmee a buzz
