Default v-power

hi guys,small problem if anyone can help,the only petrol i can get at the moment is ordinary shell would it do any damage using it until v-power arrives 02sti,thanks Jim.

It wont do any damage no, all UK cars will run on 95RON fuel. The bottom line is that they run better on 97/98RON fuel: cars with PPP more so...

yes as, said it will be fine just don't drive it as hard as you normally would especially if your car has been tuned, just to be on the safe side.

theres a VPower shortage around here too, but why use 95 ron? Surely there's plenty of other garages offering their own Super unleaded which would be better? No Tesco 99 in your area?

Im glad that V power has run out because it made me use Tesco 99 and my car runs better on Tesco, Would never of known if Shell didnt run out.

Have tried 3 Shell garages near me during the last week, but none of them have any V-Power either.
Have been filling up with Tesco 99 too, much better than normal Shell unleaded.
Give it a try...you might like it

hi no damage will be caused but you can use ordinary fuel but add a octane boost my neighbour uses octane boost if he has to use normal fuel.
