what exactly is an ecosse edition then?

well ecosse is french for Scotland.
Well it has the sunstrip which says ecosse so it must be a ltd edition

never came across an ecosse edition before but it is a lot of money for a bugeye

Well it doesn't look like an official Subaru Special Edition.
Ecosse, I'm sure is a French tuning company that are normally associated with high power Peugeot builds, as far as I know.

Ecosse - Peugeot Specialists

i think they even recreated the 406 from Taxi as a project car but shall we say the rest leave a lot to be desired imo.

Well i work with the guy who used to own it and he claims its the only one in the country. Not hard to see why. Not much of a special edition if you ask me. Serious money as well!

I thought ther were responisble for a Pug 206 with full Cosworth Engine coversion and running gear.
Maybe thats someone else, now I've see the link, I remember they do a lot of body kits.

An extra £3k for a few vinyls, you could put them onto any bugeye for no more than £400

This quote on that SIDC link made me crack up

It's about as limited an edition as me sticking a sticker on mine that said "****" and calling it the **** edition.
