I am looking to fit some gauges to my Rb5 but i'm a novice in the dept so look for advice.
I think the oil pressure gauge is priority (for that nightmare oil pump failure)
and perhaps oil temp and/or boost gauge.
What makes are cheap but reputable and preferably mounted on the pillar and what is the cost?
Thanks

Check out the groupbuy section for Prosport Stepper gauges. I currently have Oil temp, oil pressure, and boost. They have an alarm function with an adjustable setpoint.

IMHO boost is pointless on a standard car, but more use if modded.
Oil pressure tells you your engine HAS just failed,
as no-one spends all their life watching the gauges....
But oil temp will save you pushing the motor before it warms up.
LOL

P.S. I also have fuel pressure, to make setting mine up easier... not really essential.
