Default New 08 STi's ....

Has any one noticed they stone chip for fun ... in under 200 miles / 1 week on A roads, got 2 stone chips on bonnet!!!!!
Whats best way to deal with these 2 chips?

Apart from the polymer sealants for the paintwork, is there any other paint protection available? I have heard of Armourfend or Armourguard ... a thick stick on film? Is it any good???

Also, yesterday got in car when raining, and inside "plastic" door card ended up with white water mark stains on it where rain drops hit... partly removed with damp cloth but need more effort !!! Now white marks spread all across panel. Is this expected or just some protective residue washing off???
Also plastic for base of door mirrors was marked by rain when it dried off!

Thanks

There are plenty of threads about this over at NASIOC. The flared arches catch all the flying stones.

Mudflaps are very beneficial. I think Harman are doing them.

If not, why not contact Performance Creations or similar and see if they prototype mudflaps on your car. Might even get them free.
