Black police scooby.

Maybe should be in "Was it you".

Passed an accident on the M40 yesterday at about 17:30. Westbound just after Oxford.

Was attended by a plain clothes black Impreza. Nice little blue strobes hidden in the rear clusters.

A car was upside down in lane 3

Warwicks use a WRC Blue STI (with PPP backbox, and probably the rest of the kit)....

They also use a black scooby with all the blues and two's etc i saw it one night in stratford they came past me (i was on my way home on my bike!!)up the birmingham road like a bat out of hell!! with all the lights flashing!!sounded awesome aswel!!
