Believe some of the JDM models have these?
I'd guess if you wanted to fit em you'd need at the very least the motors, a harness and the relevant switchgear.

In fact - check the for sale, because I believe I read a few days back a post about a guy who's developed a kit to sell to do this very thing??

As mentioned you will need the elec folding mirrors, and just bolt them on. You may or may not have the necessary wires already in the door loom, if not its not to hard to wire up to a switch.
The kit thats for sale is to automate the folding of electric folding mirrors, so you have to have them in the first place.
