I would try a Subaru dealer. They are the kind of thing that might be cheaper from a dealer like front fog light covers. I got my sills thrown in when I bought a wrx a few years back, but I don't recall them being expensive anyway.

Sorry don't mean to be sarcastic but that was the point of this post to find something cheaper.
