bright headlights behind me tonight on the way home. let him past and it was a 20v t cupra r with jabba sport on the back of it. slowed down for the next roundabout and then another dual carriageway. mr jabba sport was going slow in the inside lane so I thought I'd overtake him. he put his foot down but I went past him. quick cars though. If my car 03 wrx was standard I wouldn't have stood a chance.

 

Cupra R's are quick i owned one.. but i traded it in for my WRX (PPP)...

i loved mine but i found it was quick off the mark as the turbo kicked in so early.. the traction control could not hack it..

but a standard Wrx is the same power.. so depends on the driver (when having burn up)...

 

always tussle with my mate one and they r very fast ( in a straight line)

 

I've seen Badger (Bill Brockbank) in his Cupra R wooping vertually everything at Combe a few years back.... and I mean WOOPING...

The only car matching his lap times was a touring car spec'd Astra..then it broke

 

If that car had a jabba IHI conversion you would have known about it lol.

Hence your comment about the jabba sticker being "go faster sticker" would actually be an accurate asumption, even if it was intended as a joke
