There are 3 nuts each side on the headers/cyl head join and 2 bolts and nuts holding the up-pipe to the headers( if they are OEM Headers) - so easy enough to remove.
Have a look at the ECU and see if there is any stickers/writing on it to say if it has been mapped in the past.
