A lot of Impreza's do seem to sit high at the front.
If you are looking to change the suspension i'd highly recommend coilovers if you're using it on the track (and they're not as bad on the road as some make out).
If you're looking for springs only the Tein S Tech, Whiteline 'Flatout', or the H&R 50mm (doesn't actually lower it by 50mm, more like 30-40mm) and probably the best options.
Eibach's are also very good, but you'll find it'll still sit higher at the front than the back with those fitted.

I have got H&R -50mm, but as Moley said it does not lower/drop the car by that amount, more like a good 35mm-40mm.
I don't just have lowering springs, I also have KYB AGX struts
Front
Rear

take the body out of your boot, that'll even it out.
My sit's higher at the front too and it's got standard suspension.
