You'll probably need to buy stock from authorised wholesalers, rather than manufacturers, who may have a minimum order requirement and want money with order until you're established. Identify suitable trade magazines and see what's happening in the market.
If your experienced is limited a few months working in a shop would be worth its weight in gold.
Going to be bloody hard work if you are going to crack it. Good luck.
SN used to have a shop but it seems to have closed

i'm looking into selling the most popular upgrade parts for the subaru impreza,
I looked into online shop websites but it would cost to much. to start with it will prob be an ebay shop ,
i've emailed a few companies like Eibach , but since i have no clue about the procedure ,I'm probably going to come across as a ****
thanks for your posts so far

you will start off with a pro forma account at first, but the discount is gonna be **** im afraid
most the bigger companies get a bigger discount, just a little more BUT they also get a kick back if then spend a certain amount at the end of the year, some also take up a certain amount of warranty issues too
example my company would deal with all warrantys for a extra 3% kickback, sort at the end of the year, they would class it as a buyout,, so aslong as they never had too many warrantys they would earn extra AND the supplier would not get the extra paperwork ect for warranty stuff UNLESS it was a major thing that had to be sent back
this type of stuff means they can sell stuff cheeper pricing the small people out the market generally
