Default Would you go CDB from a 93 RA or a P1 lump
i'm after a replacement engine and wondered what would be the best option and give me the potential for future improvements ......



i guess a cdb and then get better heads, i dont think the P1 had a cdb did it?

No the P1 didn't have a CDB...
We have 2.1 short motors on offer at the moment , utilising your block (Open or closed) with a brand new 2.5 crank , forged Wossner pistons , H section rods and Cosworth ACL race bearings...
Built ready to fit £1700 inc vat for open deck , allow another £200 inc vat for the rear thrust conversion to the CDB ...
In CDB form this setup will take 500hp and beyond...

Late over early every time. Closed deck blocks seem to get people excited, but they cant explain why.....
