Yesterday I woke to find there was no hot water for a shower. I had a quick look at the boilermate 2000 but it looked ok. When I came home from work and had a proper look there was an error showing up on the diagnostics panel on the boilermate for the PHE sensor. I bought another today and fitted but had drained the whole tank and it was taking ages to fill up. I left it for a few hours and once it was full it was showing a temp of 20 degrees.

I left it for another 4 hours and it only went up to 30 degrees but doesn't seem to go any higher and I am still not getting hot water or heating.

I have an ideal combi boiler in the garage and after looking further into the setup I think this feeds the hot water to the boilermate?

The pilot light is on in the boiler, but I can't get it to fire up the burner to heat the water. If I turn on the hot tap then I think it should fire up but it doesn't.

Does anyone have any advice?
