TD05 or VF35, fit a newage WRX tmic an AVCR and a decat downpipe. also an uprated fuel pump and that should see you about 320bhp All those parts can easily be sourced on a budget

If you're going for Ecutek, I'd also opt for an AVCR as Simon can't provide in gear boost control with the Classic's ECU, this can be achieved with the AVCR, or better still if you go the Simtek route!

Bolt on

440s if MY99/00 not sure about others.

440s will suffice, but will be running near max IDC if turbo potential is used. 550s better.

vf 34 is a better turbo, walbro pump, fuel regulator, better top mount or better still a good fr mount, then you'll need better brake kits, uprate the suspension.....the list goes on and on lol , after awhile you'll will be bored will this setup ....and the cycle starts again !!!

You don't NEED it, but from experience I can tell you that the car will be significantly nicer to drive if the mapper can set up in gear boost compensation. It's a question of how this is achieved i.e. via AVCR if you're going the ecutek route on a Denso ECU, or via Simtek i.e. a replacement ECU that has the facility to allow the mapper to set in gear boost compensation.

You don't do anything with it; the mapper sets it up. Simon will be able to advise!l

Only real difference between the VF34 and 35 that will probably matter to you is the price! VF35 significantly cheaper. They're very similar in terms of their performance assuming similar supporting mods etc.. Most say the 35 spools slightly quicker and the 34 has a bit more top end poke. Mine makes 338bhp and 343lbs on a 35.
