Default 18" wheels

hi ive got chance to by some 18"s they are 8.5j with 225/40 tyres . he said they were from a scooby but he had them on a legacy . will they rub on a lowered classic cheers j

Depends on the offset, but my new-age has 8" rims with 235's and they rub on standard height suspension.... so I guess they will !

just emailed him to try find offset and turns out they are 7.5 not 8.5 cheers j

Tyres are newage size so may rub, try looking at 215/35/18 for classics

looked at them the rear tyre sat level with the arch so even rolling the arch wouldn't have helped . so replacing all tryes would have been expensive andstopped them being a good deal and raising the car would have looked rubbish. thanks for help cheers j

i went and tried samuk wheels on my classic the other night in a hope it would be ok with coilovers, not to be i'm afraid 225 40 18" had not a hope on mine which is lowered and they were 45offset, hope that helps cheers luke

i have 225/40/18 on mine but mine is not lowwed much
