STI on or off?
Just looking for opinions really. Should I take the pink STI part (leaving the grey on) off the fog lamp covers or leave them on or off altogether? Been thinking of other colours or graphics, maybe a Nurburgring but not sure. What do you reckon?
Sorry pic could have been taken from a better angle.
or
Thanks.

If it is an STi leave it on, if not take it off or it just looks a bit sad when people suss you. Yours looks like a WRX so take em off and replace em with something else.
My STi came without any badges and it looked a bit bare IMHO so I restored front and back ones without going OTT.

Does not matter whether it's an STI or not, the foglight covers come with the stickers on so why take them off if your happy with them? (The stickers cost £20!!) They are covers to stop the foglights getting broken, they serve a purpose. Stickers on or off, personal choice. Not all of us can afford an STI and I believe that we should all be happy with what we have got!

Thanks for all the comments guys. I tend to agree with a few of you about havin STI stickers when I have a WRX, here's wishing eh!
I like the Nurburgring map a few posts above and was my main choice. I'll have to see if I can Photoshop it on somehow and see how it looks.
If I go for having the covers with nothing on them at all, I'm thinking it might look a bit bare since the grille has no badge either.....

ohhhh i have a bit of a thing about Nurburgring stickers-- in my oppinion they should only be present on a car if it has actually been there!! maybe you have mate in which case cool, but.. well ok fair enough the above example is different to the classic bare map, so each to their own i suppose
but yeah, i think they look better with some kind of a graphic... i mean the Sti ones are ok, fair enough it might be a WRX, but if they are genuine Sti covers... well its just saying what they are! could look at it that way too
but boobieman's idea is good!

On the other hand as a fellow WRX owner I completely agree and just be happy with what you've got. Personally I wouldn't have the STi stickers though.

I take your point in that it is each to their own, even if we break the rules... but at the same time I have never been a fan of cars trying to be an immitation of a higher spec model. The M replicas we see on just about every council estate are a good example of this rather sad practice. Any car enthusiast will usually see through it straight away.
I realise there is hypocracy in being able to make a higher spec model look less, but not the other way of course... but hey ho, such is life
To the OP, get some WRX stickers made up in white. Will look spot on

Cheers mate, I've seen that one. Only problem is, is 300mm long. A bit large for the fog lamp covers. I need something more like 150mm, nearer to the size of the original STI sticker.
