Pic Request!
I have just purchased a front splitter for HT-Auto's and can't decide whether I'm gona put it on as it comes, black, or get it sprayed to match the car.
If anyone have a blob with a front splitter either sprayed or not, I'd love to see your pics.
Cheers

Take a look here:

I personally think they look better left black.

Cheers guys, Matt, I love your motor! Has your splitter been painted black? Looks quite shiney. When I took mine out the box today the finish on it isn't that good. Just the bare plastic and looks like its had a light sanding.

i had mine colour coded which i liked the look of :-
then bought a carbon one so sort of went from white to black :-
to be honest i thought the colour coded was the way to go, but now prefer the look of the black/carbon fibre effect

Hmmm, I'm quite liking the colour coding. I have just polished it up so the black is shiney now. I think I'll fit it, have a wee look then see if I can get someone to work their magic in Photoshop, then compare the two.

I haven't fitted it yet but it looks pretty easy. I remember when I put the aero pieces on, looking at the underneath where the splitter goes, think its just a matter of undoing 4 bolts (2 on each corner) and putting another 4 in the centre part. Will find out for sure very soon. It will be going on black for the time being anyway.

Definitely leave it black - I bought one of the HT plastic spoiler a couple of months ago and was a bit dissapointed with the finish as you state it looked as if it had been sanded.
Having just read the post by the boy who sells them in your thread I took the PC to it and within 5 minutes it came up great. They are dead easy to fit 20/30 minutes.
