Smile scooby imports

hi everyone iam new to this website iam thinking of buying a 1996 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI V2 WAGON import whats the difference between uk and japan imports and are they good to insure and is the performance the same are the parts easy to pickup if something breakdown and do they retain there price kind regards shawn

jap parts very easy to pick up and the difference between the jap spec vs uk spec is you get better performance from the jap spec

Insurance is'nt as cheap.

I have a sti v2 mate,they are a great car to drive and loads of fun

hi every one i just found out subaru imports are speed restricted to 112 mph in japan do,s anyone no if this is true

Yes they are but why would that be a problem the speed limit is 70mph. You can get the limit removed.

If you want one you have no choice, import only on these

I bought one in March for 2.5k and its fantastic ! But then its fantastic because I have spent money on it making it fantastic. Going on the current prices of scoobs, what I have spent probably would have bought a tidy, much younger car. Depends what you want really
