just had a fright after self service;)
Having just finished my service, oils, plugs, clutch etc, and re fitted the intercooler and all the good stuff you after changing the plugs, went to turn over a few times to get oil moving, and after a few cranks, and electric click and nothing
Tried again, nothing, after a good few curses went looking for the problem, check enging bay, underneath, smelt and felt everything, then got the multimeter Batt giving 5+ volts Disconnect neg lead and replace, back to 12v??? Start again and click. Bugger, a few choice words shouted at the battery for 0930hrs on a sunday morning only to find I had not tightened the + lead
DUMDASS
But happy now
