Yep. After 3 months ownership a couple of years back I polished it up. Looking great. Then the garage door fell on top of the car and scratched the roof badly. So I took the roof for a respray.
Then, driving through town last summer, feeling good till someone smashes into the back of the scoob while Im stationary!!!! The worst feeling ever.
Got the car all fixed up, new bumper, rear panel straightened. Looked good.
Then I realised the boot looked warped, like it was pulled in at the center - and so did the new bumper. Lived with it for a bit till it drove me nuts. Bought a replacement boot (same colour too so no respray) carrying it from the car into my house I accidently scraped it along a wall. Nasty. Now it did need spraying!
The body shop realised why the bumper looked odd, the guy who did the accident repair didnt replace the bumper carrier as he should. Cost me more to get that done too.
I almost gave in around Feb time this year but am now resolved to keep it. My new 08 Volvo C30 is ok for work and commute, but nothing beats the scoob for raw fun! This car has a ton of soul, the volvo just has a ton of airbags!

Mine spent a week in the paint shop once for stone chips etc, had most of the car done, was looking absolutely mint, till about a month later a woman ran her corsa down the side of it....
Back in to the body shop, new wing, new door....
Looking mint again....on route home I was giving it some, rounded a corner to find a dear standing there undecided on which way to run....
