Think you will find there will be a lot of "yes they are good, very". Your car is in good hands.

They are the first tuner to say to me (when I arrived back a little early) that they were not yet happy with the car mapping and only gave it me back when they were.....

When I drove it I was well happy. My car is back with them on Monday and will be in October too .......

Shouldn't you have figured this out before making the booking? What if we'd all said they were sh*te, then what would you have done?

Just one slight word of caution: I understand that they are excellent with modifying etc., but according to our local Dentmaster guy, at least one local Impreza owner has complained about small marks and dents on his car after collection from Zen. I am sure this is no big deal and don't let it put you off going there, but if your paintwork is faultless then make a point of showing the proprietor around your car when you drop it off, so that they take "extra" care and everyone is 100% happy with the service.

The Service staff at Souls (the Subaru dealer) down in Olney will pop outside and check for any bodywork blemishes when they accept a car for service (just like when you pick up a hire-car), so that there are no "misunderstandings" upon collection. Seems a fair enough system to me that any garage can employ.

All the best.

Cant see this myself. They take care of the cars from what I have seen. They always use the protective covers when working on the engine and the car lift (whatever they are called!!) have protection to stop the doors banging on the lift posts.
