thats the best link to replace your clutch
get car on stands,
remove rear propshaft, remove front propshafts
remove turbo & zorst pipes
remove gearbox
remove clutch.
refit clutch etc.
That said i got a mate to do mine in the scoob for £150

i cant get onto that link for sum reason,**** tinternet!!
started it this aft,got front driveshafts out,rear shaft and all linkages etc...
but the gearbox will only come away from the block about an inch then it springs back into place!!!
any idea wats holding it??
it seems to seperate more at the top than the bottom,and looks to be almost sat on the subframe and steering rack
also some people have said you have to take turbo/exhaust off but i havnt as it doesnt seem to be obsructing it....am i wrong??

remove starter, theres a plug behind this remove with allen key, remove a cam cover bolt and screw this into pivot pin behind plug and pull out. should now seperate. no need to remove turbo. reinstall pin in gearbox with clutch fork and release bearing before refitting then once mated to engine give fork a push towards bulkhead. its a pull type clutch.
