Default Contacting Admin - How to?

I'm having a problem when I reply to a post just now. My reply registers but when I hit the send button the next page I get is the blue a white "cannot display" web page like when your internet is cut off. When I hit the back button my post has been added. Bit weird and just wanted to contact the webmaster/admin to ask whats going on.

There is no 'admin' to speak of, unfortunately.

Its bloody annoying, you get error 404 page cannot be displayed. I wondered if it was my pc but after a restart and other people saying the same thing, something weird must be up with this site. I'll post this and see if it does it again.

The problem is that if this site was completely free then we would have no gripe really, but many of us have paid a subscription which even though it is not a lot of money still means we should get a half way decent level of service.

I have just PM'd the Webmaster/Administrator about this as now I cannot access any of the threads relating to this problem and there must be half a dozen of them. Didn't want to have to use a PM but hey, what else can you do if the site aint working properly. If I can, will let you know if I get a reply.

In order to 'contact admin', you will first need to acquire a time machine... With this I would suggest travelling back to 2005, certainly before PH was sold and the seeds were planted.

I just go back a page and then click on the section that I'm reading above the user's menu.

The message is posted, then I go search for it!

I'm not "Admin" but I haven't had any of the problems you guys are reporting - works absolutely fine for me & I've not got any "special access" or owt.

It is likely to be a routing or DNS problem with the ISP that you use and as such is nothing that SN can do anything about.

Sorry guys

Sorry Puff but with so many reports of this from different users I can't help but think it is a Scoobynet issue.

I will tell you why. When I click on some threads they show as page not found whereas most are OK.

If I use a different browser or PC the same threads give me page not found.

if it were DNS or caching then this would not happen, it would be random at not identical across two different PCs.
