Default I think Iv joined the 300+ club!

Im not brilliant at write ups but I thought Id give it a shot. So went up to Zen Performance on Wednesday to get some bits fitted and a remap. The current set up was a VF35, Walbro Fuel pump and a de cat. Had it on the rollers before this and was at 230Bhp and 177lbs. Never had it on the rollers after the mods but the car felt massively quick and I was easily keeping up and beating a couple of STI`s on the Pod so I was happy with that Possibly just shy of 290Bhp maybe?

Fitted a Hybrid FMIC back in late August but things came up so the re - map had to wait. Throughout the whole of September I had been rolling along on 0.8bar and keeping it off boost as much as I could just to keep on the safe side. Hated every minute of that but I did manage to make a full tank last 3 weeks

Wednesday came, had a set of 440`s to go in and also ordered a Turbo smart 3 port solenoid. Zen office has really changed from when I last went up, and the new section of it is really nice (not that it wasnt nice before). Got the car back and took it for a run and there was very big difference from before. The FMIC has definatly helped with the torque and the car feels a lot smoother now aswel. From reading posts and comments etc, Iv noticed people have commented on how fitting and FMIC would increase turbo lag. Well just to put my opinion in to this there is hardly and lag at all. Driving around normaly and its nice and sensible. Once the revs get to just over 3k the turbo kicks in and im getting a nice kick in the back which is how I like it. Took the g.f for run it and she noticed a big difference in it, also helped by the fact that her hair was now a mess and was all over the place

I was grinning before after the first re - map, but now Im like a kid with a new toy!! And my favourite toy that I ever got was my Optimus Prime transformer when I was about 7/8 and I was jumping around every where that day

I would have thought easily 300 with those mods but what car

Mine made 330 with similar mods. It's nice just to have some figures if anyone cares to ask. Did you get a printout?

The first thing I did was to add some chrome badges in the form of 'RB330' just under the tailights, indicating the car doesn't hang about.

Dunx, iv seen seen a few posts about a "300bhp club", nothing major
But yes, definatly loving the car!!

Bobr, Paul estimated it around 320bhp, which is good enough for me. Im not really chasing "pub talk" figures so havnt had it on the rollers yet, but it will be the next thing on the cards. But I do have an expectation as to what I would like to achieve with the mods I have done to the car, and so far everything seems top notch!
