can anyone tell me anything about this guy, like where he lives, as the crappy search function keeps giving me loads of threads to go on but when i try it tells me it's an invalid thread and i cant get into them.

You're not going to get that info on any of the threads involving this individual that haven't been vaped owing to threatening/abusive content, mate. If you've been the victim of fraud at his hands, inform the police and ask them to contact webby, he then has to provide them with any details they request.
