Forester fobs
Hi, new here and not sure whether you all have Imprezas but I wondered if anyone can advise me.... I have a Forester and need a new key fob, in my Thatcham cat 1 book it says I can buy the fob and programme it myself yet the Subaru dealership wants to charge me to do this! Would really appreiciate some advise and also can I get one cheaper elsewhere? Thanks
Oh one more thing, if there is anyone on here who s an expert on these security systems I would love some advise as sometimes the immobiliser seems to have a mind of it's own

Not much to go on in your post with regards to Year/Keyfob type etc.
