Default 440cc or 550cc - what to buy?

I've got a '94 UK Turbo. Going for the 330bhp mark.

Which injectors do you reccomend? obv there is a massive price difference!

550 for future proof when you up the power , should be good for 380-400

the 550cc parts are good for 440bhp in theory; the 440s 352bhp.

I'm never likely to go further than 350bhp (no seriously!)

So I think I'll go with the 440s

You're missing the point there: at absolutely flat-out, 100% duty they can flow enough fuel for 352bhp... Surely you'd be better off selecting injectors that will flow sufficient fuel for your intended application without going over about 90%? That way, at least, you have a little margin for error.

injectors work best at 90% of what they are capable of.
the sti 550cc flow at 505cc.
i have a set of pink 550cc barly used but they are out of my 2004 WR1 so i think you would need to modify your fuel rails unless mine would fit.

550s are fine at the 350 mark and it's good to have a bit of headroom IMHO. Most mappers I have spoken to have recommended them for uk cars running a turbo bigger than the TD04

440's 90% is 317 bhp, so 550's good for you 330
