Facelift headlight query.......
Morning all.
I have just bought myself a set of new headlights for the classic, i bought the electronically adjustable ones as that is what these are replacing. My question for the scoobynet massive is...... How the hell do you get the electric motor off the old ones and onto the new ones
Any help is greatly appreciated (search didn't help much) as the car has to be back on the road by tonight.
Cheers
Jim

IIRC, (long time since I did this), the motors are held on by three screws, which screw into three corresponding holes in the Morette.
The ball-shaped end of the motor is fitted into a socket in the old headlight, which pulls out and goes into a similar receptacle on the new.
Make sure that the motors are in the fully UP position (0 on the ****), before fitting and aligning new lights.
