Jusdt for maximum exposure before this get's shifted to the wanted section....

I've got a wrecked tyre and rather urgently need a replacement.

I'm looking for an S02 PP 215x40x17 with about 6-7mm of tread before Monday!

So if you have one knocking about please drop me a mail...otherwise I'm going to make the trip to Northampton to buy 2 new ones on Monday and spend a whole load of money that I hadn't planned to this month

I had exactly the same thing happen last year - an unrepairable puncture in a SO2 PP and I had to buy two new tyres - £280

I kept the part worn one to put on if a similar thing happened again - I might sell it for the right offer. I'll check in the loft tomorrow - I think the tread depth is about 5mm and its slighly worn on the outside edge as its been on the front.

Crisis postponed...

Found that a tyre I had in my shed and thought was bald, actually had about 3mm of tread on it, so I have temporary fix...

Downside is the wheel looks damaged as well...oh well the council are in for a bigger bill...
