underworld, yep just replaces the stock paper filter for one that lets more air through, they are around £50 for the k&n and dont need replaced just cleaned and thats not recomended to be done even yearly.
gains will be minimal but it all helps
also have a look on andyforrestperformance.co.uk he has stages of tune ,which if i had the spare cash i would follow. you will see why if you look at his site

aye, more power will just be wasted get alk , uprated droplinks and a good set of tyres, and you will be able to use whats there allready , i would say full decat exhaust ,highflow panel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure reg, remap , alk, uprated droplinks, good tyres.

All depends on budget and target etc. If you are looking for a fast road car you could do a lot worse than perhaps an ECU change to an Apexi Power fc and commander With an Apexi ACVR as a boost controller. Uprate the injectors, fuel pump and turbo dependant on aims and then have remapped by a reputeable mapper such as Andy Forrest. If it hasnt already been done uprate the brakes to cope with additional power, cheap options just now are a set of new age front 4 pots and rear 2 pots some uprated 22mm roll bars and drop links and perhaps an anti lift kit. Then you could uprate the springs and dampers and once your bank manager has bent you over for spending to much you will probably have a nice road car. ![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)

As sort of said before but abit diffrent i wouldnt mess with the power yet i did its crap quick it straight line but youd be far more happier getting good suspension setup, good rubber and brakes.
you will be be able to go a lot faster and have a lot more fun.
with this weather it will be a disaster waiting to happen all that power and no grip is not good take it from me im learning the hard way
