Been trying to call them today but no answer or answerphone, anyone got through lately?

I've been calling them for 3 weeks now on both numbers at different times in the day. Never an answer

I'm still waiting on my refund from the returned faulty mudflaps from 6 months ago. Last time i got through i was told the refund would be "done now". That was 3 months ago!!

F-ing useless.

I know of others getting no email response either.

Ive been waiting for a replacment V-type sti splitter for my06wrx, after the 1st was delivered in bits, been 3 months now,

tried phoning, no answer, and when it does, i get told it will get sorted today. dont know if i should try a claim back thru my credit card company, does anyone know how long you have to give or time frame with doing this.

I also had a lip spoiler delivered broken.

Worst customer service in the game, avoid them/him!

I'll give 1 more week before getting the credit card company onto them. 6 months is taking the p!ss.

To be fair to scott, in all my dealings with him, he has proved to be perfect at communicating and getting back to you. I even spoke to him on a saturday when he was closed for some advice on bonnet lifters.

Maybe there is another reason why he is struggling to reply or return calls, I just think it is a bit harsh to slate him, though 6 months is one hell of a long time
