Subaru pull out of the WRC, not a wind up!

I can`t believe it, Subaru have pulled out of the WRC next year. Its on this link, whats everyones thoughts ?

Yeh, Subaru are back in it now. Ken Block is funding it and i believe he's driving for them too (he's quite good you know!)
